Scindapsus pictus

inc var. Argryraeus, Trebie, Silvery Ann

Native to humid forests of SE Asia and Bangladesh where it grows as a hemiepiphyte climbing up trees using aerial roots to cling

Position - in bright filtered light away from direct sun. Will tolerate partial shade but growth will be slower and variegation may fade

Water - allow top inch or two to dry out a little before watering, allowing excess water to drain away. Never allow pot to sit in water as roots will rot

Humidity - maintain high

Feed - apply liquid fertiliser once or twice a month from spring to autumn

- Yellowing/blackening leaves usually indicate overwatering

-Leaves curling inwards on drooping stems indicate underwatering
